In a first for the Australian market, a survey of over 80,000 retail and business banking customers will name the 'Best Neobank' at next month's DBM Australian Financial Awards. The new category will crown the most considered of Australia's emerging digital players, using retail customer feedback gathered from DBM Atlas - the largest financial services research program in the country. Not only is it the first financial award to specifically recognise the best of Australia's neobanks, it is the first to be chosen by customers of the neobanks themselves.
The annual DBM Australian Financial Awards ceremony crowns the most outstanding financial institutions (as judged by their own business and/or retail customers), celebrating the achievements of the banks, insurers, wealth managers and superannuation funds that have exceeded the expectations of their customer base.
In 2020, we are delighted to announce the introduction of a number of brand new awards across both banking and insurance, with the 'Best Neobank' award being among them.
The 'Best Neobank' accolade, and the other 2020 DBM Australian Financial awards are a culmination of customer experience feedback, recommendations, rankings and ratings from 80,000 DBM Atlas survey responses throughout 2019, making the awards the most customer-centric Australian financial services event on the calendar.
On Wednesday March 4th, DBM will reveal the winners in Sydney.
